USAFacts A Data Portrait of US Government

In today’s polarized world, it may be tempting to become complacent and accept that we live in a post-truth world. But informed citizenry is key to democracy.

Congratulations to client Ballmer Group on the launch of USAFacts, a data-driven portrait of America, its people and its government. We are proud of our contribution to the design USAFacts and look forward to sharing the design story soon. In the meantime, see what media are saying of the initiative:

 

The database is perhaps the first nonpartisan effort to create a fully integrated look at revenue and spending across federal, state and local governments.

That lack of analysis is by design — the group's mission is to provide a "common set of facts on which even people with opposing points of view can agree" while avoiding financial or political agendas.
