The best, most impactful work comes from the strongest relationships. As an Account Director at Artefact, Melissa collaborates closely with our clients and internal teams to establish trust, ensure a seamless process and deliver the best possible outcomes. She is driven by the power of working together to reframe what’s possible and improve lives through design.
Before joining Artefact, Melissa spent more than eight years in advertising agencies in Los Angeles and Seattle, developing the integrated strategy and creative campaigns for clients such as Nordstrom Rack, Jack in the Box, PCC Community Markets, Microsoft, and Darigold. Born and raised in the PNW, she holds a BA in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing from the University of Washington Foster School of Business.
Outside the office, Melissa sits on the board for the Coalition Ending Gender-Based Violence, a non-profit coalition of organizations dedicated to social justice and gender equity in King County. She can also be found scouring local vintage and thrift shops, dabbling in crafting, reading historical fiction, playing with her rescue mutt Oscar, and planning her next adventure to a new country (so far, 22 and counting).
