Liz is a human-centered researcher who believes in understanding systemic problems through questions and conversations. Over the last 5 years she has conducted qualitative research on the broadest of human experiences, delivering insights and strategies that answer questions like ‘how can web-tools best support e-merchants?’ and ‘how are 8th grade math classes shaped by teachers and experienced by learners?’ Liz’s work has informed how government, healthcare, education, and technology can better support people’s lives in the future. Liz holds a Master’s degree in Science and Information from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a focus on Experimental Design from the University of Pittsburgh.
