Rules of Engagement for AR

As augmented and virtual reality technologies become more “real” the experiences they create have given us a rich opportunity area to explore. Given the hype and huge implications of AR on the way we experience content, communicate, connect, we need to apply outcome-focused thinking and define the rules of engagement for this exciting and emerging category. Drawing from Artefact’s outcome-focused approach and experiences designing interaction models for emerging technologies, including AR, executive director, John Rousseau will outline a set of universal “laws” or principles for designing AR experiences that ensure we develop experiences that are as meaningful as they are exciting.
