User Experience Designer
Olen Ronning graduated Magna Cum Laude from Western Washington University’s Industrial Design program in 2005, and was named “Outstanding Graduate” for that year. Olen garnered numerous awards and scholarships including the 2005 SAIC Award for Academic Achievement and Creative Problem Solving, and the 2001 WWU President’s Award Scholarship. He was also awarded a patent for an innovative passenger way-finding experience design aboard the Boeing 787.
Olen worked most recently as a product designer specializing in user interaction methodologies at Expedia Inc., where he partnered with usability, development, and business teams to design and develop the future Expedia.com experience.
