Katrina joined Artefact after graduating with a BFA in Visual Communication Design in 2008 from the University of Washington. With a minimalist approach to design and a penchant for negative space, good typography, and asymmetrical compositions, she works to help our clients visualize new and innovative user experiences. Katrina strives to find the right balance between aesthetics and usability, without compromising one for the other, to create an experience that users will find exciting and desirable.

Before working at Artefact, Katrina worked part time and freelance positions for Chong Partners Architecture (San Francisco, California), the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, and interactive Medical Training Resources of the University of Washington.
