
Research Analyst
Gabriel Biller has a Master of Design degree in Design Planning from the IIT Institute of Design in Chicago. He joined Artefact to integrate business and industry analysis with contextual user research in order to help clients formulate strategies positioned at the intersection of business viability and user desirability.
Since receiving his Bachelor of Art degree in Applied Mathematics from Harvard University in 1998, Gabriel has been exploring the exciting environs where left-brain and right-brain thinking whirl together in a powerful and mysterious embrace. His work has taken him from early wireless Internet experience design at MicroStrategy to the world of award-winning architecture at KieranTimberlake Associates and, more recently, at McDonald’s Corporation and Steelcase where he practiced user-centered research and design on internal innovation initiatives.
