This manifesto is brilliant and incredibly inspiring. As I read through it, my mind immediately wonders - what if these principles were applied to designing products, programs, and services for social change? "Designing the experience" is what is seldom done when a philanthropic orgnanization is funding the development of a vaccine or a local non-profit is starting a program to provide food to homeless populations - what if the "solution" to a social problem was designed in context of the culture and experience over time? How might this influence conversations about sustainable solutions?!
