SEATTLE, WA – February 2, 2010 — Artefact, a Seattle-based design consultancy, today announced that it has added two new staff members, Charlie Stabb and Kateryna Sitner to its design team.
Charlie Stabb joins Artefact as design director. With over 14 years of experience, Charlie has a diverse portfolio of creative work. His past clients include Xbox 360, Sony, Windows Vista, EA, Hallmark and IBM. With 33 design and utility patents, Charlie is a proven thought leader in software design. Prior to joining Artefact, he worked at ArenaNet as the Producer for Guild Wars 2. In addition to leading the production team, he also lead a development team working on in-game, mobile and web based social experiences.
Additionally, Artefact hired Kateryna Sitner as a user experience designer. Prior to Artefact, she worked with various businesses and design agencies for clients like Ford, Tom’s of Maine and Microsoft. Her skills come from a dynamic education, cross-cultural experience and invigorating collaboration within the design community.
“Charlie and Kateryna will be instrumental in our power to expand and grow our business,” said Rob Girling, principal and co-founder of Artefact. “Both designers have incredible backgrounds and have long track records of delivering excellent work for the clients and projects they have worked on.”
Over the past few months, Artefact has continued to sign on a variety of new clients and has moved to a larger office space in the South Lake Union neighborhood to accommodate its growing workforce.
