		<description>So, Estonia continues to take the lead in Internet voting... now going mobile. Of course, Estonia is less than one quarter the size in land area of Washington state, with a lower population density and barely 1.3 million people in total.  30+ million people watch American Idol, which is itself far from being a fair election.

Anyhow, Americans probably wouldn&#039;t be too thrilled about government chips in their phones, but who knows?

What is likely, however, is that the innovations that lead to major changes in our system are likely to originate beyond our borders.</description>
